This is a beautiful property, clean, and located near Kotor or Tivat and the sea & forests. The staff are accommodating and amicable, thank you very much for the help. Its rooms are brand-new with coffee pods provided and beautiful view plus coffee pods.

new apartment, has beautiful setting near the airport and also the old town kotor, a restaurant, and kotor old town. the staff is very caring, the room is delightful. the breakfast is simple, with a great view. we had an amazing stay, loved it and would love to return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from the balcony and bed was absolutely breathtaking. The infinity pool was also amazing. The room was brand new and had everything I needed. Although there was no restaurant, I enjoyed getting pizza from the nearby supermarket and eating it on the balcony. The manager and receptionist were very kind and helpful. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location.

The location is perfect, with short routes to all the must-see spots in the area. Whether you want to explore Kotor or Porto Montenegro, you'll be there in no time, even during heavy traffic. And if you prefer to stay in, the hotel has thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable. The luxury vibe is everywhere, from the indoor garage where we had a spot for our car, to the immaculate cleanliness and the jaw-dropping view! The staff are beyond helpful, and our room had every amenity you could dream of, from a washing machine and dryer to an oven. This place is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The small yet perfectly equipped room had amazing views, and my partner raved about the 10/10 massage he received. The sauna, gym, and pool are all top-notch and well-maintained. Although the location is slightly remote, a taxi or car is all you need to get around, and the hotel is happy to help arrange transportation. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! Clean and modern rooms, a fantastic restaurant with a delicious free breakfast, and the ability to spend the entire day by the pool just relaxing are some of the many reasons why I can't thank the staff enough for making our holiday truly wonderful. If you have the chance, definitely try to book A15 for the incredible view.

Bayview Hills Luxury Residences is a great base for having fun and exploring Tivat. The staff is amazingly kind and exceptionally nice, and the room is modern. The apartment has marvellous views right by Bayview Hills Luxury Residences and Porto Montenegro.

During our Easter stay, we had an amazing time at the hotel. The breakfast selection was excellent, with the option to have personalized omelettes made by the chef. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with every request. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the sunset and the Bay. We also enjoyed the convenience of the gym and spa facilities.

The lack of dining options nearby, especially if you wanted a quick meal or essential supplies. The hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, so having a car or using taxis was necessary.
